Wortschatz – 12.01.16

treasurechestThe German word for “vocabulary” means “Wortschatz” or “wordtreasure” in English. In fact, words are the treasure pieces in a language. The more of them you know, the better you can express yourself and influence others. The more of it you are actively able to use, the sharper is your tongue. Therefore, for the next 3 months, my main emphasis in German is vocabulary building. I am aiming for 30 new words a day. Ambitious? I think it is ok.

And what is your language emphasis and target?
